About Us
Each of Uncas House and Franklin House is a long-term residential treatment facility operated by Quest Behavioral Healthcare, designed to serve up to eight individuals living with chronic and persistent psychiatric disorders and co-occurring conditions. These homes provide a safe, secure, and person-centered environment where residents receive housing along with a full spectrum of healthcare and social services. The healthcare and social services are either provided on site or via transportation to community providers.
We use evidence-based practices to support long-term recovery and reduce the risk of re-hospitalization or re-institutionalization. Our physical layout and clinical programming are both designed to promote a least restrictive environment, supporting residents’ mental, physical, and emotional well-being while helping them realize their full human potential.
Our goal is to empower each resident to live a life that is active, meaningful, and fulfilling.
